Welcome to Ajker Deal US (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated at ajkerdealus.com. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of refrigerator water filters, including Everydrop and GE XWFE compatible models. By accessing or using our site, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
1. Use of the Website You may use ajkerdealus.com only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access at any time for any reason.
2. Product Information and Pricing We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing for our refrigerator water filters. However, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, update information, or cancel orders if pricing or availability is incorrect. All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
3. Orders and Payment By placing an order, you authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge your payment method for the total amount, including product price, shipping, and applicable taxes. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other methods available at checkout (via Shopify Payments or Stripe). All transactions are secure and PCI-DSS compliant.
4. Shipping and Delivery Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details. In summary:
- Processing time: 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Standard shipping within the contiguous USA and Canada: 3–4 business days after processing.
- Total delivery: Most orders arrive within 4–5 business days. We ship only within the contiguous United States and Canada. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
5. Returns and Refunds Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. In general, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused filters. Opened or installed water filters are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons. Refunds (when eligible) are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
6. Product Warranty Our refrigerator water filters carry the manufacturer’s limited warranty (if applicable). We do not offer additional warranties beyond what the manufacturer provides. Performance of water filters can vary based on your water quality, usage, and maintenance. We recommend following the manufacturer’s guidelines for replacement (typically every 6 months).
7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ajker Deal US shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question. We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper installation or use of the filters.
8. Intellectual Property All content on ajkerdealus.com (text, images, logos, product descriptions) is owned by or licensed to Ajker Deal US and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our prior written permission.

10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in that state.
