Shipping policy

At Ajker Deal US, we strive to provide fast, reliable, and transparent shipping for our products. We maintain our own inventory to minimize delays and ensure you receive high-quality products to your home.

Processing Time: We process all orders within 1 business day (Monday through Friday, excluding major US and Canadian holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time (EST) are usually processed the same business day. In rare cases during peak seasons or unexpected high volume, processing may extend to 2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.

Shipping Destinations: We ship to addresses in the United States (contiguous 48 states) and Canada. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or any international destinations outside the U.S. and Canada.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard shipping transit time after processing: 3–4 business days for most locations in the contiguous United States and Canada.
  • Total estimated delivery: Most customers receive their order within 4–5 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier schedules, customs processing (for Canadian orders), weather conditions, rural delivery areas, or high demand periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the package has been handed over.

Shipping Carriers & Tracking: We partner with reliable carriers including USPS, FedEx, UPS (for U.S. orders), and Canada Post or equivalent (for Canadian orders). A tracking number is automatically emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can track your package using the carrier’s website or app. Please allow up to 48 hours after shipping for tracking details to become available and update.

Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, order weight, dimensions, and any current promotions. Rates are clearly displayed before you confirm your payment. We offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders — these will be visible in the cart and at checkout. There are no hidden shipping fees.

Order Changes or Cancellations: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at faisalavanne@gmail.com. We can accommodate changes only if the order has not yet entered processing. Once processed, the order cannot be altered and must follow our return process if needed.
