Refund policy

Return Window You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery. This window applies to both buyer’s remorse (change of mind) and defective or damaged products.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Unopened and unused items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with all seals intact and in resaleable condition.
  • Defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect items are eligible for review and potential refund.
  • Opened, installed, or used products are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene, health, and safety regulations.

No Exchanges We do not offer product exchanges. All approved returns are processed as refunds only. For defective items, we may approve a replacement at our discretion instead of a refund.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email faisalavanne@gmail.com within the 30-day window. Include your order number, delivery date, and a clear reason for the return.
  2. Our support team will review your request (typically within 1 business day) and reply with approval status and return instructions, including a return authorization number if approved.
  3. Ship the item back to our return address within 14 days of receiving approval. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your records.

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • For buyer’s remorse returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items (our error), we will provide instructions and may cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs upon approval.

Refund Process

  • After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it for eligibility (usually within a few business days).
  • Eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of inspection approval.
  • Original shipping fees paid by you are generally non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item shipped).
  • Partial refunds may apply if only part of an order is returned.

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet the eligibility criteria, shows signs of misuse, or is returned outside the 30-day window. All final decisions rest with Ajker Deal US after physical inspection.
