Pricing and Charges

  • All prices on ajkerdealus.com are shown in USD (United States Dollars).
  • Applicable sales taxes (for U.S. orders) or GST/HST/PST (for Canadian orders) are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.
  • Shipping costs are calculated separately and shown clearly before you confirm your order (refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details).
  • The total amount charged to your payment method will include the product price, shipping, and applicable taxes. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges.

Billing and Authorization When you place an order, we authorize your payment method for the full order amount (including shipping and taxes). The actual charge occurs once your order is processed and ready to ship (typically within our 1 business day processing window).

If your payment method is declined, we will notify you via email and may cancel the order. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds or credit are available at the time of purchase.

Refunds and Chargebacks Refunds (when eligible under our Return & Refund Policy) are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please note:

  • It may take 5–10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement, depending on your financial institution.
  • Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
  • We do not offer exchanges — approved returns are handled as refunds only.

Order Cancellations If you cancel your order before it is processed, we will cancel the payment authorization and issue a full refund (if any charge has already been made). Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and must follow our standard return process.

International Customers (Canada) For orders shipping to Canada, your card issuer may apply foreign transaction fees or currency conversion charges. These are determined by your bank or card provider and are not controlled by Ajker Deal US. All prices and charges are processed in USD.
